Information for Corporate Support
Corporate support turns safety commitments into action — building the trainings, writing the communications, and making sure resources reach the people who need them. Mental health deserves that same operational attention. Hard Hat Courage gives your team the tools to bring suicide prevention into your organization the same way you’d implement any safety initiative: deliberately, consistently, and with the right resources behind it.
Suicide Prevention & Awareness
Hard Hat Courage is helping the construction industry evolve into a culture that emphasizes and prioritizes the importance of mental health and suicide prevention today but is also building a lasting infrastructure for system change. Collectively, we are building toward consistent implementation of mental health safety standards and workplace best practices.
